Day 65: It's called Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, or DOMS, and it is not kidding. This soreness has in fact been delayed, and is now definitely onset. Ow.
Hooray for self improvement! I'm assuming that either this will go away after some time, or that I will die.
Interestingly, I did my arms workout despite the pain, and found that it really actually seemed to go away during the workout. It was back again a bit later, but I'm pretty sure I'm not going to die.
Whatever doesn't kill me only makes me stronger! Well, except for boiled squash. Boiled squash doesn't kill me, but holy god is that stuff nasty. Ech.
